I have been as diligent as possible in writing down different memories or events from the last few years. I imagine looking back in the future and by reading this story I will remember little tidbits that I may have forgotten. Little things like her favorite things to do, or new words, or funny faces. This is one of those posts.
Maddy: makes an audible fart
Mommy: giggles
Maddy: "Happy Bertday"
At this point Ray walks in the room hearing this entire exchange from the kitchen. I look up at him with what must have been a puzzled look.
Ray: "I taught her that."
Mommy: "You taught her to toot and then say Happy Birthday?!"
Ray: with beaming pride "Yeah"
She now does this everywhere. Stores, restaurants.... everywhere.
