Appreciation

At different moments of the day I am grateful in many different ways. Right now, I am grateful we have Maddy. I was told at 28 weeks that I should get ready to deliver a premature baby. Ray and I got ready, even excited- I don't think ever realizing the gravity of what was happening (thank goodness.) Maddy and God had wonderfully different plans for us though... We received a beautiful, healthy, full-term baby at 39 weeks. Alleluia!
On Saturday we left the baby with Nana Patsy while daddy and I ran some errands. When we came back to pick up the baby she was in... Nana Patsy's clothes!? Supposedly... Madelyn during a diaper change let loose... all over her onesie. Obvious solution... where Nana's shirt. Take a moment and just picture a little baby in an adult white sweatshirt.
To celebrate Maddy's 7-month birthday we moved to Stage 2 foods! And... ding! ding! ding! We have a winner... Sweet Corn Casserole... Yum! Although Ray says it's not that good. HAHA!
